Leadership
Luke Fausett - Pastor
Luke has been married to his wife, Jenna, since 2013, and together they have three children: Lowell, Nellie, and Will. Luke attended Faith Bible Seminary in Lafayette, Indiana, and served as a youth pastor in Frankfort, Indiana and an interim pastor in Mexico, Indiana before moving to Fort Wayne to plant Redeemer Baptist Church. Luke desires that the preaching and teaching at Redeemer Baptist Church bring glory to the Lord, sanctify the saints, and reach the lost as the gospel of Jesus Christ is proclaimed.
Dr. Scott Liebhauser - Elder
Scott is married to his beloved wife, Francine, and together they are blessed with two married sons and several grandchildren. After retiring from the United States Air Force, Scott devoted his career to higher education, serving as both a college professor and academic administrator. For many years, he and Francine have hosted a Friday Night Bible Study in their home. Scott is passionate about teaching Scripture through both expository and dialogical methods. He has been deeply influenced by the writings and ministries of John Calvin, Charles Spurgeon, John Owen, Michael Reeves, R.C. Sproul, Paul Washer, and John MacArthur.
Nolan Pugh - Elder
Nolan has been happily married to his wife, Pam, since 1996, and they have been blessed by God with two daughters, Katie and Amanda. He has been part of Redeemer Baptist Church since 2021, and he holds the primary belief that pleasing God is life's highest calling. He also affirms God's Word as the final and sovereign authority for life and faith. These convictions shape how he leads at home and serves within the church. Nolan considers it a privilege to serve and shepherd the church family, and he is grateful for the opportunity to walk alongside this congregation with all hope and faith in Jesus Christ — until the day our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ calls us home.
